i like to think these two made amends after the lost hero?? drew’s still officially second in command which means piper still trusts her enough not to be terrible to leave her in charge when they go on the whole prophecy of seven quest. besides she can’t be all bad so what’s the harm in some fistbumpin action hell yeah

ah. i think drew should be allowed to be a bitch without reason. lots of people just bitch- they don’t need some traumatic backstory to validate being mean lol. that said:

Drew came to CHB when she was about 14. She and Lacy have the same protector, so they go to the same school to make it easier

Her dad is still alive and fairly nice. He let her run wild as a kid :/// Lacy wishes that was her dad (she doesn’t have one)

Drew is really bad at English and History. She just spends the time sleeping in class or drawing in her notebooks. if she had a phone, she would totally use it

Clarisse showed her around and Drew had a very brief crush because Clarrise was brutal and Drew found that to be powerful

She did have a phone once, around the time she was 15. There was a monster attack. She no longer has a phone.

Drew is really picky with germs and cleaning. I’m not saying she’d rn around with Windex, but she’d definitely test for dust by swiping her finger and scowling. This habit only came after the Titan War. Hmm. Too much blood.

She doesn’t have that power to magically change how she looks that some of the other Aphrodite kids have. It doesn’t matter. She has charmspeak. She only noticed she had it after the Titan War. She just started screaming for help and suddenly there was a swarm of people dropping their weapons and sprinting to her.

According to @blackpercy she, Lou Ellen, and Malcolm are a trio. Nice. Additionally, she and Malcolm are bitchy best friends. Correct.

She paints her nails fairly often. If her nails aren’t painted then there’s a problem

Anyway, as for her and Rachel... art connected them. When they first met, Drew honestly thought she was gross because Rachel fakes the “starving artist look”. They weren’t friends at all. And then slowly they were.

When Valentina gets older, Drew finds her annoying. They argue all the time until Drew goes “I’m not arguing with a child, shut up” and the pushes the girl out her face

Drew is tall so she purposely places things on higher shelves. Just because someone irritates her. She folds her arms and watches them jump up and down. Cold lmao

imagine. being known as the ‘bitchy’ aphrodite kid, stumbling across your counselor literally betraying the entire camp. no one will listen to you because they know you have charmspeak, and they know that you’re mean – they can’t trust anything you say.

desperately stirring up cabin drama in the hopes that silena will break up with beckendorf because it would hurt him so much when silena reveals her hand. trying to spread rumors about her so that the other campers will avoid her and so that she’ll do less damage.

keeping track of every young camper that ever talked to silena alone. watching as they disappear, one by one, to join Kronos’s army. 

and after the battle, you’re the only one who knows just how many demigods silena sent to join kronos’s army. how many lives were lost, because of her.

If Drew wasn’t a one dimensional asshole written to be the personification of the child of Aphrodite stereotype.

If the reason Drew was so confrontational with Piper is because Piper automatically assumes being a child of Aphrodite is lame and has the perception that being interested in beauty and fashion are negative things.

If the reason Drew has negative feelings towards Silena is because Silena was Drew’s BIG SISTER and Drew absolutely LOVED her but then she turned out to be a traitor and she died in the war and Drew is hurt and conflicted and angry and mourning and she doesn’t know how to express these things in a healthy way. And yeah, this may lead her to being an ass towards her siblings but not a 100% bully who doesn’t give a fuck about them.

If at the end of TLH instead of Piper doing a hostile takeover of the cabin she and Drew have a heart to heart and Drew finally expresses what she’s been feeling over the circumstances of Silena’s final days and death and Piper expresses that she understand that Aphrodite just looking into mirrors and obsessing over love partners.
