been not great lately ever since Utah I haven’t been doing great, especially diet wise. I have kept semi active generally but just feeling unmotivated and shitty. The altitude in Utah fucked me up. Especially with the drinking and bad sleep. I did go 2/3 days I was there so that was good. After that I went swimming on Saturday I think. I just couldn’t make myself go exercise the other days. And swimming on Saturday was tough. I was sad. I was drained. I did NOT wanna be there at all. But I went. So I guess I should be proud.
Sunday I went to Santa Barbara with V. We walked a lot! Did like 12k steps. Saw many pretty things including mountains and roses!
Monday was Memorial Day, I went to the beach and then also helped M and G with their move. I only did around 7k steps but did lift many things and kept generally active.
Nothing on Tuesday. Felt lazy.
Wednesday I went to the gym and did the elliptical for what felt like the first time in forever. Went for 1:25 hr. I was fast ish on the first 30 min. Then after that I just wanted to quit.
It was a lot like Saturday that it felt like bargaining with myself like. Just 10 min. Oh you already did 10, what’s 15 more? And eventually worked myself up to almost 1:30 hr. Was going real slow after that 30 min mark tho. You can see the drop in the HR after that, and basically went at a “moderate” pace most of the time.
