so as you can notice i have been posting less, this is because i am eating better and stuff so i don’t have the desire to rant here anymore. sorry if some of you use my page as a relative place but really i do highly in courage you to recover like ik it seems scary i thought i never would and having an ed would be my life but now i don’t rely on food anymore. when i used to workout i learned about strength lifting and how having muscle burns calories 24/7 so i started to hit the gym then found out that no protein=no mooscles so i slowly ate more and it was SO SCARY because i was alone but i really am so happy like i still have fear foods but i eat 3 meals with snack that are high calorie and so should you because my body looks much better now. if you have any questions about anything i would love to help or even if you need guidance in recovery i can also help, i survived multiple eds all on my own and still i am fighting it without my close family and friends knowing.
