Finnick gave a fake laugh at Gloss’ surprised expression. Of course, the blonde had good enough reason to be surprised. It wasn’t often that Finnick was on time for him, so this was probably cause to celebrate. “Don’t get used to it," he warned with a grin as they pulled out of the driveway and sped down the road. He let his gaze slide back to Gloss when he spoke up again and thought momentarily. 

Gloss rolled his eyes playfully and stretched his arm to pat his friend's shoulder. "My deepest condolences" He said with a smirk showing in his lips. Though the whole death joke was just that: a joke. Gloss didn't know what he'd do if Finnick indeed died or any of his closest friends or family members. He just decided to now talk about the death topic anymore. He didn't like it.

Of course. I can even go from Zero to Hero. 

Horseback riding. Since when did Gloss even own horses? Finnick was still trying to figure that much out as he pulled on a pair of old jeans and a t-shirt. Nothing he cared too much for since they were spending the day with a couple of horses. He searched around his house for something to wear on his feet. Not his sneakers, but something with a slight heel to it to keep his feet from sliding through the stirrups. He settled for a pair of hiking boots he had that would do the trick.
