this seemingly endless downhill path will end just around the bend. really hard to carry this tired feet so i was dragging my feet.

No this is not an hprreo or granary but an actual burnt orange house. how do you like to live in this house. a colorful sign I saw that caught my eyes the one who made this must be a good marketing person. Nope unfortunately I did not stop I was on a roll kept going

No that is not an horreo or granary but an actual orange house. A sign in Redondela. Look what pilgrims left behind their shells, seemingly leaving “memories, possessions, struggles” behind and continuing a journey for a better self.

Cross at the junction of the camino on the road to O Porrino

The journey continues encountered a rabbit enjoying the morning meal. Probably wondering what is going on, decided to pose for the picture. Every junction, you will normally find a shrine of a saint or a cross. If you notice the numerous stones around the cross, pilgrims left them there for what ever is significant for them. My reflection of leaving s stone is like leaving or abandoning worries, problems, struggles. Life is a struggle after I leave or let go of my worry I make sure I pick up a different stone or rock, like I said life is a constant struggle, we need to learn to let go, otherwise we will be facing the day with so many struggles and we will not be able to enjoy life.

I started last stage of Camino Portuguese on July 4th. The stage begins at Plaza de San Fernando at the Cathedral of Tui. I walked a total of 17km to reach O Porrino. This is the interior of the cathedral, photo taken the day before, I started walking at 7am way before sunrise. Next major building is the Monastery of Saint Clare, then Santo Domingo Church and then the Church of San Bartolomeu. I crossed N550 and followed the yellow arrows and the Camino shell symbols. Here I am sharing the scenery and landscape of Camino Portuguese view of the forest, bridge crossing on the top of the highway, rabbit along side of the road.
