Depression is not just sadness. Depression is weight that keeps you in bed. Depression can feel empty, like nothing at all. Depression can be unexplainable. Depression keeps yout stuck. Fun can’t fix it. Instead it isolates you from what you love. Depression is an overwhelming numbness.

I still hate myself, I stil think about dying and some nights I stll hurt myself but I swear, I’m trying my hardest to be ok

I’m just a same weak little girl who hides and cries in the bathroom. I didn’t grow up at all. I didn’t get stronger and I hate it.
