Here’s an animated version of the concept I posted last week, with some minor tweaks. First, I decided to go with the suggestion of a priest’s collar, where before it was either a white cross or blank. I think the imagery of depicting Dad as a priest is pretty potent and appropriate for his character. He’s been preaching to Worm for his whole life, trying to mold him to fit into his apocalyptic scheme. Additionally, the collar helps transition into his scary face by transforming into teeth, which is both visually cool and COULD serve as a metaphor about his predatory nature as a dirtbag priest (Worth noting, this is not meant to imply that he is a sexual predator like a famously high number of actual priests).
Narratively, Dad serves as a driving antagonist. Every day he force-feeds Worm his twisted ideology, literally and metaphorically, doing his best to raise him into a monster.
Mechanically, and this is all subject to change, he is a source of information and occasionally an enemy to avoided. Important information must be gleaned by eavesdropping on him through doors, and he must be snuck past to gain access to deeper parts of the house where Worm isn’t allowed.

Zashiki’s Hostel - A Hostel Management Game with Horror(?) Element
Story: After 40 years of hard work in a big city, you (MC) finally saved enough money to open your own hostel in countryside. There are some rooms in the old house you bought that still need to be fixed and re-furnished. However, the more your reconstruction plan goes, the more secrets of the old house are revealed…
Gameplay: Player can manage the hostel and interact with guests and staffs during day time. Once the guests have left, you can go inside each room to fix or add more furnitures which will upgrade room fee! At night, your MC might also come across strange phenomenons in the hostel.
The game is still in making and I will tell you more about it soon. ;->
