- follow the ea app instructions and clear the app cache, which restarts origin

- the ea app has forgotten i have the gene and dlc downloaded (SICK)

/ this is still an improvement on three weeks ago when it forgot what we owned at least

- move saves and mods out of the game files and onto my desktop for safekeeping

- delete the game from my computer

- went to re install the game

- D drive (where i put the game last time i had to re install (2 weeks ago!) is straight up missing

- restarted my computer and doing something else in another room rn to avoid freaking the fuck out
