I LIKE HIM. fucked up little creature

I find his work in mind controlling animals really compelling. what’s that all about. how (WHY) does he do that. I know WHY he experiments on them (it’s mentioned in this👇 lore drop) but the MIND CONTROL is keeping me up at night. 

it’s not EXPLICITLY stated, but I like to think that Sebb was interested in “man”-made telepathy, especially between animals and himself. I know he had his little mind control device, but I also like to think that Sebb had some sort of implant that helped him control 5 and 7 as well. It probably worked one-way, but I do think that Sebb enjoys a bit of a predator/prey dynamic, and the connection with his swiftwings only… Amplified it. (like there’s no way he’s Normal after being in the mind of an apex predator for an undetermined amount of time)

this is getting Crazy but. sebb tapping into his creations’ minds/feelings/instincts when things get Violent and living vicariously through 5 and 7 as they just absolutely shred things to pieces. him getting a little titillated about it. anyway.

I’m SAD that he didn’t use 5 or 7 as a mount. :/ :/ that would’ve been cool as hell 

that’s why that 👆 sketch up there exists. I want to expand on this concept. and also design saddles and other tack for mounts so EVERYBODY gets stirrups. stirrups for all. passionate about stirrups. this is a post for another day.

I don’t think Sebb LIKES animals (but he knows a lot ABOUT them and this can sometimes be mistaken as him LIKING them. alas. this is not the case). he sees them as things that can be improved upon and tools that he can bend to his will and sic on other people as he sees fit. kinda like those hyper-obedient unhinged belgian malinois dogs. he wants that. he also IS that to Vloxx to some degree. sebb is both the handler and the mutt. 

I think he likes to do things with his hands. he’s a little bit grabby. he doesn’t wear gloves when he’s working. he likes to feel the blood, the wires, the guts, the grease, the cool metal gradually being warmed up by living animal viscera as he’s working in his lab. 

I think he does the actual grafting/surgery/fucked-up dr. frankenstein shenanigans himself, but has absolutely no problem delegating the busy work to other Inquest grunts. 

this man is interested in dinosaurs that are like six times his size. he’s put guns on razortooths (teeth??). he’s clearly not one to back away from a physical altercation (even without a golem!). there’s no WAY that he’s not scarred up to hell and back underneath his slutty little exo suit. 

loved that he got ripped asunder by his raptors at the very end. that was excellent. and a little sexy. who said that.

he had such an open and shut role in the story and he got a satisfying comeuppance. I am sorry to see him go but he definitely needed to go. 👍

(is there some part of me that’s already building a little fantasy world in which he gets resurrected the same way he resurrects his raptors? yeah absolutely. do I think that’s gonna happen? nah. but what if it did. he comes back Even Worse) 

and most importantly: I think he’s an aries
