Ah, I guess I’ll be disappearing more often now—school is getting closer and closer. But I’m glad I decided to start something.

I’ve been experimenting and looking for different ways to render my art. I was trying to achieve a more “cinematic” look. There’s still a lot I don’t understand (I’m pretty sure having a million layers isn’t quite the right way to do it), but overall, it turned out closer to what I’m aiming for.

Still, sketches are usually more enjoyable to look at—they always seem more lively. But this time, the tone turned out surprisingly a little better than I expected. But I still have a lot of work to do.

Basically, I've been grinding hard on anatomy these past few days.

At the same time, I'm trying to work on light and shadow.

That’s why Peros is cooking for two. Marco is, of course, the last person you could call stupid. But when it comes to kitchen utensils, Peros is completely hopeless. It’s easier to just fry everything with his own fire.

Anatomy asked me, "Why do you disrespect me like this?"

I replied, "I'm just dumb."

Perspective gave me a comforting pat on the shoulder...

And values just started crying.

There's still so much I need to learn and figure out. But hey, I'm finally adding values! Doesn't matter that they all look exactly the same.

Ahahaha. This was my first attempt, and I'm already exhausted. It turned out Marco is way harder to get used to than Peros. Move one line just a little, and suddenly he's a completely different guy. Here he even looks like a teenager. The art is really rough, but honestly... I had fun.

I think I just want to dedicate myself to these two idiots. I've already made up a whole bunch of stories for them in my AU, but I'm still a long way from drawing those. For now, I'll just keep making little comic strips like this.

Yep, Perospero made Marco wash the dishes. No point having him underfoot while he's cooking.

It’s been a year, and I still can’t get this jerk out of my head. I’ve changed its design a lot, though—damn it, it always ends up looking different, haha.

I want to find my own style and try drawing something at least once in a while. It doesn’t matter that school is starting soon and I’ll end up putting everything off again. But this is probably the first time in my life that I actually want to see it through to the end—I usually give up halfway through everything. Look, I even posted something, ahahaha.
