They suddenly decided to change the rules on how artists are nominated and they didn’t nominate SJ nor DBSK. Both bands have obviously the most sales of the year (even tho EXO is second, after SJ) and they decided to not nominate them.

They said they won’t nominate bands that have already won 3 Daesangs -.- What on Earth is with that rule? That rule is made so new bands can actually win. Why do they need help from everyone? Did anyone help SJ to win those Daesangs? No! And they freaking come up with the lamest excuse ever.

SJ has 600k+ albums sold and have the most sales from this year and they sold that much in only 3 months. GDA already knew they will win and so they just didn’t nominate them to let new bands win. Is that even a fair win? I wouldn’t even be happy at the fact that I won, knowing the way I did. There’s no competition to them so ofc they win, is that even an accomplishment? SJ worked for 10 years to win and new bands that barely debuted have the support from GDA to win after just few months or 1-2 years since debut. Did they even think SJ and DBSK will get hurt? No, why should they?

And that is not everything. They actually nominated a full group AND one of their sub-groups for the same award. WTF is this? Since when do they nominate sub-groups? Especially when the full group already has a nomination? This is faaar away from fairness and it sucks for both SJ and DBSK to be treated like shits after years and years of hard working. All these new artists win over their hard work, that gained fans fast thanks to the wave THEY created and are able to perform overseas thank to THEM. This is their way of thanking…

Plus they even dared to invite SJ-M to perform??? Are they really that big of assholes? And ofc SM will force them to perform because that’s SM. And ofc SM gave no shit about this. Ofc SM doesn’t back up DBSJ, why would they? When they know either their “babies” (EXO) or “princesses” (SNSD) will win?

All the unfairness SJ and DBSK are getting is too much for both ELF and Cassies to handle and also too much for the bands to handle. They’ve been treaded like shit during all this time and they worked their asses off to have this success now. They overcame big problems (such as members leaving) and they never got full support from their so called agency.

I’m so done with everything. The way awards are given in the Kpop industry is pure unfairness. And because of that I’m done with their stupid awards. GDA was the only award I trusted because I knew it’s the biggest and it’s at least somehow fair (ignoring the fact that they didn’t let SJ win back in 2009, because SM wanted SNSD to win). I don’t trust any award now. Let them stick their awards in their asses and be happy about the way they won. Winning an award doesn’t show they power of an artist. It’s the sales, fans and concert tickets that show who is actually more powerful and popular and we all know who.

Do they want the 2 most powerful fandoms in the Kpop industry against them? It’s not like it’s the first time. Never fuck with SJ and DBSK because ELF and Cassies will always stick together and be twice more powerful.
