These old Spice District apartments have been converted into a few shops owned by different sims. On the bottom floor we have Sweet Sensations; a cozy little bakery with an espresso bar, and Harps; a family-owned convenience store. The second floor is home to a quirky craft supply called Superliminal, and Lance Laundry. Recollection is a thrift store specializing in retro clothing, movies, and music, found on the top floor. Lot complete with outdoor seating and bicycle parking.

The flashdrive I was keeping allll of my mods (and more) courrupted ALL of my files - so I lost Kiroshi 2.0 (”: Got a new flashdrive, a decent started modlist going, and I’m gonna start over again on making Kiroshi 2.0 after I mourn. To destress, I’v been working on some personal builds for a runaway teen legacy I wanna play in the Spice District~ No CC aside from TOOL! 

The first build there is a collection of a few different shops. On the left we have a cozy bakery/coffee shop on the bottom floor, and a weirdcore craft supply shop on top. Right shops are a convince store on the bottom floor, laundromat on the second, and top floor will be a clothing store or a thrift shop. This build’s a WIP~

Second build is an old abandoned fishery that I have set as a generic landfill lot - legacy sim is gonna be crashing there while they scrape up the change to buy the lot as a house. This one’s finished uwu

Was gonna release this as a stop motion build, but with EA forcing Origin users over to their crappy app to play ts4 anymore, I’m not gonna be doing any more builds, mods, etc. for this game.
