West closes his eyes and his hand finds Archer’s, lacing their fingers together. “I’ll fix myself. I promise”

He gives the other’s hands a light squeeze. “You don’t have to do it alone.”

“I know. I know you’ll be here for me, you always are” he lifts his head to look at him, his hand starting to pass through the half angel’s as he began to become intangible.

The ghost smiles back at him, before moving to rest his forehead against his shoulder. “I feel like I might fade soon. You’ll stay with me til I do, won’t you?”

“Of course.” Archer promises softly. “I’ll always stay with you, you know that.”

“Then what do I say?”

“Just tell me you love me and that’ll be enough.”

“Okay, I’ll be your Mr. Fantastic then”

The nephilim smiles, wrapping his arms around the other. “Good.”

He smiles as he leans against him "thank you" he whispers grateful for the other boy and the way he distracted him

West ’s cheeks turned even darker, “you really think I’d be Mr. Fantastic?”

“You already are in my book.”

"Okay, I'll be your Mr. Fantastic then"

“What? No” West shakes his head, cheeks turning a greyish color as he blushes. “I’d be more like a fan that wishes he could be one of the Fantastic Four”

“No way! Unless I’m a fan too, because I wouldn’t want to be on the team without you.”

“I think you’d be Mr. Fantastic.” Archer replies, winking at him.

“Yeah” he nods before stopping to think about the question. “I think you’d kind of be a combination of Johnny and Ben”

Archer grins, nodding. “Yeah, I think you’re right.”

“The Thing is the big rock guy, or Ben Grimm, that’s his real name. The lady is Sue, she’s Johnny’s sister, and in Reed’s wife. She’s called The Invisible Woman”

“Awesome. See, I’m learning?” Archer teases lightly, hoping the tension willl leave. “Which one would I be?”

"Yeah" he nods before stopping to think about the question. "I think you'd kind of be a combination of Johnny and Ben"

“Yeah” he nods again “Johnny Storm and Reed Richards. Of course most people know them as The Human Torch and Mr. Fantastic”

“Yeah, yeah, then there’s the big rocky guy and the lady that’s invisible, right?”
