Hello my dear readers, have I got juicy story for you! Now, I think I speak for everyone when I say that none of us had any idea where this was going, but boy did it go places.
Earlier this week, a few peculiar blogs popped up at around the same time. One was a fan blog for one @cykes-dono titled @/cykes-dono-biggest- fan. The other was a fan blog for John Troyer, Director of the Centre of Death, titled @/troyerjohn. Now, despite the interesting choice of idols to make a fan blog for, on the surface this is just your average day on tumblr, but little did anyone know the turn that things would be taking soon.
troyerjohn, or Hare, had this habit of going around into people’s inboxes asking if they knew someone at Bath University, they stated that they were looking for someone there and that they needed help finding them. Normally, the person being asked such an absurd question on tumblr.com would respond in a joking way, poking fun at how odd it all was, to which Hare would respond asking to be dmed. Now, this all took a change when Hare went to cykes-dono-biggest-fan’s askbox asking this same question that they had been asking everyone else.
cykes-dono-biggest-fan, Colette, is your average run of the mill tumblr blogger dedicated to stanning someone. They have a strong hatred towards the moon because the moon caused them to trip and drop their ice cream on the floor, this enraged them and caused them to hate the moon and everything associated with it, even people named Moon. Other than that, they seemed normal and like a kind person--a kind person who hates the moon. However, this all changed when Hare went into Colette’s inbox asking their routine question; “Are you British?”
Colette then replied saying that they were half British, and then proceeded to reveal that they had an estranged grandfather who cheated on his wife during a baby shower, because of this Colette was not allowed to meet the grandfather and their family is now to hate the British. Hare replies asking if Colette knows anyone at Bath University, Colette then reveals their grandfather used to go there. Hare replies saying that they want to be put into contact with this grandfather, Colette replies saying that they are estranged from their grandfather and that it would take a private investigator to find him.
Hare would do anything to meet a so called “Bath University alumni” and that they would hire a British P.I to investigate into the matter and find them. On December 18th, 11:38 A.M Hare is seen asking local tumblr user and professional inspector, @/tobiasgregson, for help, as they are in need of a P.I, and to DM. Gregson says that he is “willing to assist”. It is unclear what happens next, but presumably Gregson is hired as a P.I.
Gregson, presumably, finds the man that they are looking for. After being put on hold for a unspecified number of hours, Hare comes back to say that their father is at Bath University, the person they were looking for this whole time was their father. They also reveal that they are Colette’s uncle.
What we know as of right now is that Colette’s grandfather is flying over, presumably to meet them, that their [Colette and Hare] family heirloom was stolen, and that Hare’s mom might be the woman Colette’s grandfather cheated with at the baby shower.
So dear readers the question I leave with you is this: Where the fuck is this going and who is the grandfather?
