23 years old. On a journey to get fit, get healthy and get a six pack. Is that too much to ask? Like many other I am 'restarting' my journey after a break, I have 30 - 40lbs to lose, depending on how my body looks and feels after losing 30 I may continue or I may just maintain from there. SW: 147lbs CW: 137lbs GW: ~110lbs I want to focus a lot on my fitness goals not just losing weight, getting back my six pack is very important to me! I also track a lot of stuff on FITBIT so feel free to add me as a friend on there, I also have started using myfitnesspal ut I'm not 100% sure yet whether this is something I'll be continuing to use.
