A permanent installation at the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, Kanazawa (Kanazawa City, Ishikawa). The structure consists of a layer of water approximately 10cm deep resting on transparent glass, with a light-blue space extending beneath it; viewers can enter this space and take photographs. This photo, which went viral online around 2015, is the most famous image associated with the work.

カレイに熱湯をかけ、水で洗いヌメリを取り、鍋に酒、黒糖、白だし、醤油、ショウガを入れひと煮立ちさせ、カレイを入れ落し蓋をして弱火で10分。一端火を止め10分休ませ再び弱火で10分。もう一度10分休ませ仕上げに加熱してお皿に盛り付けました〰😋
