Last nights reverse sunset on the Gold Coast (not a great photo but a novel idea worth posting)

This is Q1 Tower in Surfers Paradise on the Gold Coast. It used to be the tallest residential tower in the world but now is ranked fifth. It was completed in 2005, stands at 1060ft tall. There are 80 floors. The 360 degree observation deck on the 77th floor is a must do tourist attraction.

This morning’s photo was taken on the Boardwalk at Kurrawa Surf Club, Broadbeach, Gold Coast. Taken with an iPhone 4S with Kurrawa Beach as a back drop and the sun gleaming through.
