#i like the thing gen-san said about a leader who doesn't lead being the worst thing #cause this whole time kondou is taking the 'nice' approach of choosing to believe in him and let him lead #even when it's become obvious that he's too volatile #and you're like noooo you cannot actually hide behind that and let him run everything into the ground #you have to become the 'bad guy' and take over at some point
