I hate to say it but nursing is made up of a bunch of policies. Straight up half of my day is spent following policies and protocols to make sure my patients are safe. It may just be school you don’t like, which is fine…most people hate school. But if following policies and orders is what’s making you miserable I would do some soul searching. Also forgive my inability to be nice and sugar coat things because I’m exhausted and simply don’t have the energy

If it's just the method of teaching, then grit your teeth and get through it. If it's just your school's policies that are frustrating, again, grit your teeth and push through. However, if it's the hoops you've got to jump through as a nurse at the hospital, you might want to reroll the dice.
