This blog is not dead.

Rufus is fine. Dante is fine, too, actually he´s in brumation. I have to clean and rearrange the enrichment in his enclosure, but not today and not tomorrow.

So ... lets just say I spent 15 + hours fixing/replacing things. Adhesive tile and epoxy resin needs a lot of time to dry, even on a warm day. And YES, that´s the entire insulation of Rufus enclosure.

The MONSTER enclosure got a full clean.

Got the job done, everything is fixed. We´re ready for autumn/winter!

Bonus: A hissing, angry and impatient ball python who tried to escape several times. (He seemed to be pretty relieved when I put him back into the enclosure.)
