One of my favourite parts in SaSM is Leo with Grimms dyslexia,, especially near the end when Leo is accommodating Grimms dyslexia by READING IT TWICE to give time for Grimm to finish reading,, I wonder if we'll get more of these moments in book 2 🥹🩷

#“made certain concessions as to their length and word choice” I would LOVE to know how Grimm felt about Leo mending to his dyslexia 💥💥#cause I don't think Grimm has noticed #as I said before. #Leo thinking “Grimm must've had it hard as a child having dyslexia AND being a caster” does things to my heart #also the fact Leo implies that Grimm had told him *ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS“ that he could read perfectly NOW (but not without effort)#makes me think Leo asked him questions about his dyslexia or tried to be accommodating to him in some way (like reading something for him)#but Grimm didn't like that and he's told Leo that he can read just fine without help #“oh he could read perfectly well NOW. as he's reminded me on several occasions” Leo what did you do 😭#dyslexia is included in the neurodiverdent umbrella so this makes me think of that meme “the bad bitch I pulled by being neurodiverdent”#except dyslexia is not neurodevelopmental like autism and ADHD and OCD ect. so the joke kind of doesn't make sense #so in this case it's like saying “the bad bitch I pulled by struggling to read”#but dyslexia is considered neurodiverse so I had to say my joke #did y'all know dyslexia also includes memory struggles #some people with dyslexia often have to use tricks just to remember certain dates or words or names ect #this makes me think on how this might've made Grimm good at memorizing. he used tricks/methods to make it easier for him #Leo complaining “I'm SHIT at memorizing” and he's saying this to a dyslexic person 💀💀💀#I also noticed another sign with Grimms dyslexia is that he struggles with writing #because the scene when they discovered Leo was cursed. Grimm wrote down the spell he casted on him (that he memorized)#but Leo said Grimm wrote SLOWLY and neatly. people with dyslexia tend to struggle with writing and ESPECIALLY have messy writing #the thought that Grimm might be insecure and masks his dyslexia by writing slowly and neatly as possible #either so anyone can read his writing or perhaps to avoid being made fun of #I bet Leo is more patient and accommodating with Grimm now after he found out about his dyslexia though #dyslexia is complex. so some people experience dyslexia differently compared to others 😋#I bet Leo feels like a MASSIVE asshole for writing those long charms to “annoy Grimm” only to find out WHY Grimm likes “short and simple” 😭#grimmlove #sebastian grimm #leovander loveage #sorcery and small magics #the wildersongs trilogy #sasm

Genuinely think that if we got to read Grimm's pov of the first book we would see him progressively switch from calling Leo 'Loveage' to 'Leovander'. In his head at least. And he'd switch back to 'Loveage' when they argue or he's mad. It's true in my heart especially since Grimm calls him Leovander with no hesitation when Leo asks him to order him to sleep with no dreams

I think it's VERY RARELY for anyone to refer to Grimm as Sebastian, so having this thought that one day Leovander refers to Grimm as just SEBASTIAN, especially out in public, which I KNOW people would start gossiping about at the fount.. (especially if Grimm also starts calling Loveage as "Leovander" or "Leo" I JUST KNOW WHAT THEIR TIERMATES WOULD BE THINKING Leo would be making Grimms admirers JEALOUS)

Added bonus if Leovander calls Grimm "Seb", while Grimm calls him "Leo", 3 letter nicknames for each other,,

I also find their last names adorable,, Grimm is a real word to "Grim" which means stern, serious, unyielding ect. Meanwhile Loveage literally has LOVE in it, added bonus x2 when his evident love language is psychical touch. They're each others polar opposites with two last names that are also opposite emotions/characteristics,, Love x Grim basically 😋

Instead of "sunshine/grumpy trope", their last names could technically be turned into their own trope or dynamic which is just "lovely/grim", or "lovesome/grimsome" Since grimsome IS a real historical word but rarely used,, plus Leo is a huge romantic too so ITS PERFECT

#lovesome suits Leo perfectly since lovesome means lovable lovely and/or full of love ITS CUTE #Leo has so much love to give but everyone hates him 💔#he just wants to spread joy and whimsy and romance and LOVE #he likely thinks he doesn't deserve to be loved because of the fact he thinks he killed his mother #< hence why he has tons of rivals. me thinks he annoys and makes everyone hate him because he “deserves it”#regarding to Leo calling Grimm as Sebastian. Headcanon time: I’d like to say that I personally think the cat the Loveage family owns would be a Persian cat, and the reason why is because Persian cats were LITERALLY considered royalty (French and British royalty) and were prized as LUXURY STATUS SYMBOLS! and also that's why Persian cats are SO EXPENSIVE. so like, because Leovander is from a rich family and they have a title to their name, that’s why I say I think they at least own a Persian cat,,
