It is possible to become diaper dependant completely in 14 days, and needs no medical intervention. If does need a regime. Iāll explain. The reason a baby becomes toilet aware is from feedback - and the feedback is the discomfort of a cold wet / messy diaper. This is built on, and the baby is trained to void in a toilet instead of their diaper.
Now, to defeat this requires the followingā¦..
For the next 14 days, you need to have enough thick diapers and plastic pants to enable you to change 4 times every 24 hours, and enough diaper cream to be able to liberally coat the area at every change. These diapers must be thick enough to cause you to waddle rather than walk. Do not try and force your legs closed. Also, when sitting, you should find that your legs are spread wide to accomadate the diaper bulk.
Liberally coat the area with diaper cream, and put on the thickest diaper you can. Coat your plastic pants with baby powder, and put them on. Next put on a t-shirt, and socks. This is your wardrobe for the next 14 days day and night. The first few times you should feel a slick sticky feeling in your diaper from the diaper cream, and a smooth slipper feel between your legs and the plastic pants. These should be thick and noisy - the more noisy the better so you crinkle with every movement. Donāt worry, you will eventually become imune to this noise ( within your conscious mind), however, your sub-conscious mind will be accutely aware of this noise and feelings and it will trigger long suppressed feelings. A newborn is completly focused on feelings and emotions, and for you to regain the bladder/bowel control of an infant it is required that you reconnect with your emotions at that age.
You will change this diaper at 7am, 12 noon, 6pm, and last change 11pm before you go to bed. Keep strictly to these times, no matter what is in the diaper.
If you go out, you can put on pants etc on, but make sure that the pants do not compress the diaper. You may want to wear a longish coat to hide the diaper.
Change your diet to avoid spicy foods. Diet alone controls what you void and when you void. I have mentioned this on previous posts, but humans are chemically designed to digest fruit, berries, vegetables and fish. We have adapted to include fowl in our diet. However, red meat tends to retard the digestive processes. As a result, a diet that excludes red meat and spices is advised.
- place a large plastic sheet under the bed sheet that will protect the mattress if your diaper happens to leak overnight. Before making the bed, make sure that you coat this plastic sheet with baby powder. This is a two-fold trigger - the smell reminds you of your cot / crib and the noise enforces the memory that your bed will be protected no matter what you do.
In relation to voiding in the diaperā¦
every time you feel you have to void, just go. This applies to whatever you are doing at the time. Donāt let the need to void stop what you are doing. I.e. if you are walking and need to void, continue walking. If you are playing / working / lying down, donāt even think about it. It will happen. Trust in your body that it will do what it needs to do. You may find that when you need to mess, you will spread your legs ever so slightly. Most important, do not bear down. Let your body do what it needs to do. It will. Since you are wearing a thick absorbent diaper, it can handle what ever you do in it. Also, the plastic pants will ensure that you will not leak. If you have changed your diet, and are correctly hydrated, you should not need to bear down as poop will slide out without you being informed.
do not play with yourself. This will set a trigger to cause arousal after voiding, which in turn, will inform you of every voiding need before the event. You need your body to make the decision about voiding without informing you.
Following the above will convince your mind that it is better to void as and when needed than to expand the chemicals to retain your voiding and that no adverse problems will occur if you void as needed. After the 14th day, on each diaper change, you will only then discover that you wet and messed your diaper but be totally unaware of when it happened. By day 21, if you havenāt played with yourself, you will be rewarded with orgasmic bliss everytime you mess your diaper. This will happen whether you are male or female.
To eliminate the associated aromaā¦
a regime of Activated Charcoal and Cod Liver oil tablets is advised. The charcoal eliminates the smell, but can cause constipation. The cod liver oil eliminates this problem. These are taken in the range 1000 - 2000mg Cod liver oil (2 capsules) vs. 200-400mg charcoal per day. For the males among you, I would suggest 25-50mg Zinc per day also. This keeps your boys in active working order considering the extra heat they will be encapsulated in 24/7/365
you had some bladder and bowel control, but were told by your parents to use your pants / diapers as needed. This was done via encouragement before voiding, and praise and attention after voiding. Your then, immature mind, due to knowing no better, presumed that because you were no longer in the womb, that it was expected for you to void in your pants. At that stage, you were placed in diapers that, by your size, were extremely bulky and could handle anything that you put in them. Your body reverted to voiding as needed whether you were awake or asleep. To do this, it did not allow your bladder to expand, and relaxed your external sphincter. You wept urine into your bladder. Your internal sphincter was also in a semi relaxed state when asleep but closed while awake. As soon as urine touched this, it opened. Your anal sphincter was also in a semi relaxed state, but you could retain faeces. Your body, as soon as food entered the stomach, by reflex action, relaxed completely the anal sphincter. As a result, you messed your diaper every time you ate. Since the pacifier acted as a pseudo trigger to food entering, your relaxed your anal sphincter and messed your diaper every time you suckled on the pacifier. As you were weaned onto solid food, the pacifier trigger was reduced and eventually eliminated. Your lower intestine started to reverse the peristaltic action to allow you to absorb more nutrients from your food. The only trigger you had to mess was by food entering the stomach. This strengthens the anal sphincter and indirectly closed the external urinal sphincter. As a result, you would only void from a full bladder and/or bowels. This caused you, at times, to overload your diaper capacity which gave you instant feedback that when you wet/mess you will feel discomfort. The analysis of this event and from watching others, told you that there might be a better way. You made the decision to be toilet trained due to leaking diapers.
by reversing the trigger that you will be discomfort able when you wet/mess in a diaper. Once you body is convinced of this, it will stop reversing the peristaltic action of the lower intestine and relax the anal sphincter. This will occur before / during or shortly after a meal. Your body will also stop suppressing the nervous signal of an expanding bladder. Instead it will relax the external sphincter and as soon as urine touches the internal sphincter, relax that also. Therefore you will wet before you get the signal that you need to void. This all relies on the feelings you will get from the diaper rubbing your internal legs, the warmth you feel from wearing the diaper, and the comfort that you are being reminded of constantly from wearing a diaper. The reason for leaving room in the diaper - not wearing pants to compress the diaper is to avoid any back pressure being put on the bladder and/or bowels. Once the sphincters are relaxed, any back pressure would convince your mind that there is restriction, and it is ok to retain your eliminations. The strict timing of the diaper changes is to tell your mind that no matter what is placed in the diaper, that it will be changed. Your body clock is more accurate than an atomic clock, and any slight deviations to diaper changing time will be noticed. You donāt need to stick strictly to my time schedule as it is only a guideline. The timing must suit you - after breakfast, after lunch, after main meal, before bed⦠but as soon as you set a time, you must stick to that time everyday for the fourteen. In relation to the voiding, you must trust your body to void when it wants - where you do not place any conscious control to assist / hurry the process.
Yes, the process in becoming completely diaper dependant is easy, but there is hidden costs. Once diaper dependent, you can revert to thinner diapers and change more often. However, with thinner diapers, you will have to set up a 6-8+ times a day specific timing schedule. Your body will be voiding without you being told, and you will only know what you did when you change. You will be completly unaware when you wet / messed. You body will fail to tell you, and with the Activated charcoal etc tablets, you will not be able to tell from the smell. The only way to tell is, the same as how one knows the state of a toddlers diaper, is to check.
