hello & thank you for reading this ! my name is HOPE and i’m 26, my pronouns are she/her & i reside in the est ! i took a break from indie rp for a while, and have recently returned, this is a new indie account as my old one was thoroughly lacking in organization and i got a bit sick of it so i made the very recent swap to this account after my return to the indie rp scene, but i’ve been rping for several years on tumblr ! i’ll be getting back into the swing of things, & i’d love to interact with people, but please understand i may take time in replying ( i’m starting a full time job in the next few days and training may take up some time and i’m unclear of my schedule just yet ), but that doesn’t mean i won’t reply, it just means i ask that you please bear with me !

“that’s not what i mean, it’s just your problems are just not real life problems, shiloh. they’re great problems to have. i know you probably don’t see it that way, but there are bigger problems out there.” it wasn’t that he was saying her problems were meaningless, but shiloh’s problems wouldn’t get her beat up or possibly killed one day. that was probably for the best which is why he didn’t want to get her roped into all of it. “i wasn’t meaning to insult you, but i will if that will help you stay away from me.” that’s not what he wanted, but the fact that she kept looking at him with those big eyes and saying that she wanted the truth made him want to tell her. “you seriously want to know? i lost a huge drug shipment, okay? i either have to cough up 15k or else i’m seriously going to get my ass handed to me. you can’t be there when that happens, alright? if they see you, they could do something to you. i’m just trying to protect to you, can’t you see that?”

“unexpected?” elena raised her eyebrows as the word caught her attention, “you really do want me on the edge of my seat, huh?” she teased a bit as she laughed softly. “i can’t wait to see, but i’m literally just as clueless, but more excited than i already was.” what really made her nervous was asking illana to do something out of the norm. they were really good friends, but for a while now, elena was starting to realize that perhaps she had more feelings than just friends. “maybe we can go grab dessert somewhere? i also wouldn’t be opposed to making something for us.” considering she left her luxury life to pursue cooking, she was always a big fan of making stuff herself. “or we can even make something together, if you’re in the mood to learn.” 

the buzz from the whiskey was starting to kick in and meredith was grateful as every single worry started to wipe away. “i think first and foremost, i owe you an apology, landon. i didn’t know you were taking our break-up so hard. i guess, i’d just be happy to have you in my life again… in whatever way that is.” she admitted quietly. it was hard to talk about with so many people around them, but that’s because she hated being vulnerable. that’s probably where all the awkwardness was coming from but she couldn’t help herself. taking another long sip of her drink, she was 2/3 of the way done with it as she shrugged her shoulders. “i don’t really care,” she admitted now that the alcohol was taking over her worries. “i just need you to know how sorry i am.” 

                           SHE MADE sure that her manager wasn’t around before she took out her phone to see his message, grinning. she added his contact on her phone, adding the coffee emoji as well as a heart emoji. “sounds great. i can’t wait to hang out with you,” sage admitted a little shyly. 

𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐩 ! 

                              HE LOOKED curious at the thought of a deal, and he listened carefully. in return for tasting his cake, all he had to do was… watch an episode of the show she was watching? and with her? tristan had already been planning on watching the show since he was intrigued by its premise. but now here she was, giving him the choice to spend time with her again. it could either be the best idea ever or the worst idea. “deal,” he declared with a smirk. “we’ll watch the episode first before you taste my cake. and then tell me if i should go for nailed it or not,” he grinned. 

                                 “WHAT ARE best friends for?” daisy asked with a soft smile. by now, she had learned to ignore the way her heart would twist inside of her chest. she raised the glass and downed it, allowing the liquid to burn down her throat, before shuddering as she slammed the glass back down on the table. “that’s true. and it gets us shitfaced faster,” she giggled.

“there’s really only one way to find out, isn’t there?” it’s undeniable that the connections leigh had would make it slightly easier than those who were new to this world, but that and leigh actually having a talent for writing could coexist together. “perks of good old hollywood, huh? i think that whatever you do, people will still talk, so might as well ignore the noise and focus on your thing?” he knew it was easier to talk rather than actually doing it, yet lucas hoped his words truly helped her. “they were absolute trash and i am not exaggerating. you’ve read my good stuff after years and years of hard work and many all nighters.”

holly knew devon was right. the easy thing would to just fit herself in her characters shoes and act like their history wasn’t there for a few hours. but deep down, she knew it was probably going to be hard for her, she was usually good at detaching herself from situations but this one was much more personal than she’d ever anticipated. her stomach wounded up tightly in knots at the very thought. swallowing, she eventually gave a curt nod. “yeah, i think we can do that.” she leaned against the wall, and began to fiddle with her fingers nervously. “so… since we’ve got that clear now, how’ve you been?” she hadn’t seen him in months and was genuinely curious. holly used to know everything about him but of course, now they felt like strangers.
