Coffee Date
Rose sat at Hello Cafe, waiting idly for her girlfriend @galactophorousaeolistic to appear. Rose fidget idly, the chairs, three total, groaning and shifting under the mass.
Rose Lalonde might have once been the kind of black clad devil may care goth whod fit right into the wooden walls and worn couches of Hello. She mightve sat at the stage playing a "original guitar piece" that was just a shuffled version of a anime song in accoustic. Rose was pretty sure she did that a few times.
But Rose grew out of being a child, she grew out of a lot of things, including her pink bubblegum skirt... but well only a little. It was already tastefully short to give freedom to her legs, her thick jiggling thighs were a charm point and Rose did her best to accentuate that in her routine, which meant that even out of uniform she never was really OUT of uniform. As a future cheerleader, the least you could do is perfect your look between practices. She even had a few designs to show Kanaya later, though she was worried they were a bit surface level stuff. Not REAL cheerleader material yet. Daddy Peixes only drooled over one of them.
Rose absently swirled the Pride March, a glorified milkshake with two espressos in it. The sprinkes swirled around, creating a rainbow layered effect. It wasn't sweet enough though. Rose sipped the creamy concoction. It was calories, which was just fuel for burning later, but it lacked weight. Kinda like her.
A large shadow glided past the windows of the establishment, briefly blanketing various pockets of the coffee shop in darkness as it seemed to circle around the building once fully before deciding to settle at the front door. Once the door opened however, the vision that greeted onlookers would seem more like a porcelain doll rather than some sort of shadowy force. Though, there would probably be a couple of other things that were noticed first.
“Is this the Place…?” A smooth voice muttered to herself as the entity ducked under the doorframe, though it still snagged itself at the edges regardless. “Seems-mmnph- Cozy.”
Deep emerald eyes not unlike those of a cat glided across the interior of the coffee shop, until finally settling on Rose. At eye contact, the woman, recognized as Kanaya, pushed herself fully through the front doors.
It has been a long time since the pair had seen one another. Properly at least. There may have been passing glances here or there, hallway entanglements and the like. The occasional snide comments aimed at one another for their various escapades. But they hadn’t really had extended time together in a good many months.
“Rose,” Kanaya hummed as she slinked forward, the tall woman looming over everyone and anything. Her eyes drank in the appearance of her friend, green eyes scanning every inch and curve on display. For it all though, her expression seemed entirely neutral.
As did Kanaya’s own outfit. While it was mostly blacks and whites, it was hard to describe the attire as purely goth. It almost had a somewhat sensible office worker look, if that office worker were halfway undressed. The white blouse matched her unnaturally porcelain skin almost perfectly, though the blouse itself simply could not remained buttoned. Thankfully, the burgeoning bust was kept modest by a lacy bra that almost looked like a pair of hands. Incredibly visible beneath the blouse, but she was covered at least. This was paired with a black skirt that barely contained the shapely legs of the woman, complete with sheer transparent black stockings and sleek high heels.
Her hand bag, at least, was adorned with various skull imagery and the like, along with several pins themed around the student council. It was perhaps the loudest part of her appearance.
Well, third loudest.
“You look healthy,” Kanaya mused, green lipstick as crisp as ever. “Thank you for agreeing to sate my Sudden Craving with me. I needed something to take the edge off.”
