박리나 asked: are you a rapper or singer? you look like you can rap well, dunno why? but you’re very good looking, hehe. do you get your looks from your father? ㅋㅋㅋ

christian: thank you, park lina-ssi! i get my looks from my mom actually. the only thing i inherited from my dad was my nose… anyways! i sing, though ava is a lot better. it’s crazy how big her vocal range is. mine is subpar compared to hers. i wanted to rap but yoon jongshin president told me i sounded like a tryhard so i stopped.

임지수 asked: How did you react to the news that you weren’t going to debut as a soloist, but instead in a duet?

Areum: [laughs] I didn’t take it very well, actually. I was kind of a brat about it; I was all about the spotlight, wanting all the attention for myself, but after a long discussion with my CEO and, at the time, soon-to-be partner for Eclipse, I came to terms with it. Teamwork was something I needed to work on and it was the perfect opportunity. Plus Christian has a great voice, so it made warming up to him easier!

조정식 asked: Areum noona~! You’re so beautiful! >_____<;; I can’t wait for Eclipse’s debut! As for my question, I wanted to know how do you balance school while also being a celebrity? Eclipse fighting!

Areum: Jungsik-ssi, you’re too kind! Mm… [hesitant, thinking over her response]. It’s definitely not easy. I pull all nighters like any other student, but then I have to be up around five or six to start training. Christian and I value good work ethic, so we don’t like wasting any time when it comes to preparing for our debut. I’m someone who sets high standards for herself, and once I start an assignment, I have to finish it that night unless it’s a major project or anything along those lines. There are times where I try to balance my work to the best of my ability, but it sometimes doesn’t work. We’re all humans and humans make mistakes, right? I’ve learned that pacing yourself is a must no matter what you’re doing in life! Have strength in everything you do!
