“Oh. Well”, the green haired girl scrunched her nose and looked to the floor, not knowing what to do. “Maybe I should be going then.”

(¸.• ♛ → “If that’s what you want, I just hope you are able to take some sleep, then.”

Tiberius smirked and drained his glass without thinking, “Now let’s see if I can do this again.” he threw the ball but it bounced on the rim of the cup, “My luck is running out. I should improve or I’ll have to do a lot of gravelling for those 5 galleons.”

(¸.• ♛ → “Let’s hope now I can aim, I had too much drinks tonight before this, actually.” And she was feeling a bit tipsy because of that, of course. Now she was trying to do that but instead nope, she failed. “Damn, see? You passed me your bad luck.” The girl joked now.

“You can exercise the calories away, or at least that’s why I do.” he admitted taking another spoon of the batter. “How is everything in the team?”

(¸.• ♛ → “I do that, not to worry.” She says with a small smile. “Ow, it’s perfect, we had a pretty good training today, it has been great.”

“Ravenclaw,” she answered in a quiet tone as her eyes scanned the castle walls and corridors, attempting to make a mental map. “It’s a shame the common room is not located down here, I would prefer it over a tower.”

(¸.• ♛ → “I know.” She says with a small laugh escaping from her lips. “But is not that bad our common room, I’m also from Ravenclaw so welcome to our house. I’m Emma, by the way.”

          “     uhhh,  yeah  !!  yeah,  i’m  …  same  per  usual.     ”     she’ll  rub  her  arm  casually  with  a  smile.    “    i  think  things  are  finally  getting  back  to  normal.      ”

Darius shrugged his shoulders as he shoved a piece of cake into his mouth. “Probably not, you’ll just give yourself a sugar rush.”

(¸.• ♛ → “Not really.” She says looking at him. “Weird but I have another way to function, this helps to me.”

“Oh,” she said in a monotone before sighing. “I think if I say no I’ll end up regretting it later so, yes, if you don’t mind.” 

(¸.• ♛ → “That’s okay, I don’t mind.” She says now starting to walk. “So, in what house are you?” The brunette thought she was new considering what she asked but also the fact that she hasn’t seen her before.

“Is that’s whats in your cup then too?”

(¸.• ♛ → “I’m drinking tea, I’m not having problems to sleep, I was just feeling like grab a snack.”

Tiberius laughed, “I’m sure you can take more. Now is your turn to try and land the ball in one of my glasses.”

(¸.• ♛ → “Yeah, I could.” She agreed with a small smile and decided to go for it, the brunette had a pretty good aim, hopefully she would be able to inser that ball in one of those glasses, now throwing at it. “I guess is your turn to drink up.”

Tiberius grabbed a new spoon and handled it to Emma, “Join the dark side, we have calories.”

(¸.• ♛ → “I don’t mind calories if it’s just once in a while.” Besides, it’s not like she always eats sweets. The girl took the spoon and approached. “This looks pretty good.”

Mary nearly jumped as the other girl spoke up. “Uh, essay to finish. I needed to stretch my legs before I forgot how to move them.” Truth be told, she hadn’t been able to get comfortable in bed. 

(¸.• ♛ → "Okay.” She wasn’t going to ask for explanations, after all, the kitchen was for everyone and she was no one to tell the other what to do. “Maybe what you need is a snack so it can ease your mind about the essay?”

“Getting a mid night snack.” he grinned at the brunette before moving past her to grab a slice of cake. “Got the munchies.” he joked. Though he wasn’t really joking. “What’s stopping you from sleeping? Nightmares?” 

(¸.• ♛ → “Of course...” She was doing the same, kind of, because she also was trying to have some sleep as well and maybe that could help. “Oh, not really, just I can’t sleep for some reason but maybe with some snacks can help.”

“Same thing really”, she told the girl with a kind smile. “Hoping maybe some milk or something may help.”

(¸.• ♛ → “That should be useful.” She commented now looking at the girl. “Or at least to me it always is.”

“Everyone has something to hide.” he said more teasingly than anything else, but he did believe the words to be true. Everyone had secrets, the idea of being completely open to the world just didn’t make sense to him. “Just you and me.” he said, a genuine smile on his features as he took her hand and began to walk with her out of the castle. “I did watch you a bit during your quidditch practice, you were flawless as usual.” 

(¸.• ♛ → “Not really me.” She admitted now looking at him with a small smile. “I always say what I think, I’m way too blunt and you know that, right now I don’t have secrets.” She says now in some teasing tone. “Good, you know is always fun to spend time together.” And it was, sex or not sex it always a blast, after all, they were close since they were kids. “Thank you, I do love quiditch, is one of my passions.” Now walking outside next to him, her hand taking his.

He couldn’t help the flare of jealousy when coursed through him when he saw Dorcas with Tiberius – which made no fucking sense, he had no fucking right to be jealous, and he shouldn’t be going down that hole again. And so when he saw Emma, he walked over to her and without even giving a thought about what he was doing, grabbed her by her waist and pressing his lips to her, a little rougher than he usually would have. She didn’t have much to complain about but did seem surprised by the force of his kiss. “Why?” he murmured, a smile on his lips, thoughts of Dorcas quickly slipping away from his mind. “Do you not like surprises?”

(¸.• ♛ → Her hands were on his shoulders and now just looking at him and listening what he was saying, still brushing her lips against his. “I do love surprises, you know that.” She says now a bit playfully, bitting his lower lip now. “Just...I wasn’t expecting it, good job at give me this surprise.” The girl said with a small laugh escaping from her lips but now pressing her lips against his in another kiss, feeling that her temperature of her body was starting to grow a bit. “Then let’s go somewhere more private...I think your common room is the closest one.” Shee muttered, between kisses.

Alecto didnt know why she was struggling to sleep, but something was in her brain refusing to switch off so at the idea of having a snack to maybe lull her into tiredness made her trudge the way up to the kitchens, emerald robe wrapped tight around her against the castle’s usual chill. Upon entering- who didn’t know the way in by now?- she flinched just a little at hearing another voice before narrowing her eyes into her usual scowl. “I can’t sleep.” she replied, not wanting to delve deeper into her issues with someone else. “I thought some food might help- shame the houseelves are asleep, I could do with something cooked.” she mused, looking around for inspiration. 

(¸.• ♛ → “You can always try and prepare something of course.” She commented with a small shrug now looking at the redhead with almost a small smile, honestly she never has a bad blood with people, she was a very chill person about that. “You know? It does help maybe some milk and cookies...that always helps me to sleep.”
