We do things that at the time, may make us feel some sort of joy. And yeah we can say that we are happy. But what about when we don't have those things, or people.. and you find yourself alone. Are you happy then?

People spend too much time trying to find happiness out in the world or through others.. When true happiness is found within one's self.

You can hang with friends. You can go to parties on weekends. You can fill the void with alcohol, drugs, etc.. but that is exactly what you are doing. Filling the void for a short amount of time, and more than likely we feel so empty without those things.

Such things only prevent yourself, from you. It may even mean distancing yourself from your friends, or from the world. Cut out all negative aspects of your life.

Spend time with yourself. Find an inner peace. Don't loose track of who you are. Learn to love yourself, for who you are. When you love yourself, and happiness is obtained, you will shine light onto others.

However at the same time, for all that is good there is evil. It is only a test of how strong your love/happiness may be. So when things don't go your way, or if people let you down.. Bring YOUR-self up. Do what makes you happy, without necessarily trying to please others.

Stay true to yourself.

Be who you are.
