Amy Comey Barrett was confirmed as a Supreme Court Justice half an hour ago. She is one of the most extreme right wing justices to be nominated in decades. She is anti women’s rights. She is proven to be racist. She is anti LGBTQ. She is indifferent about the environment. She is anti voter’s rights.

We CANNOT allow the Supreme Court to remain a right wing majority.

If Biden wins, the Democrats have the ability and the chance to pack the courts- expanding the courts so that they can have a balanced representation of the political spectrum.
