Fuck Yeah Neil Flynn!

Bill Lawrence: You’ve had to give some speeches this last year. I enjoy watching your character evolve. Neil Flynn: Well……. good. I’ve had speeches? BL: Yeah. Most of them are adlib things about squirrels. NF: Oh (laughs). Right. Well, that’s the nice part about being allowed to adlib. You just adlib a lot of words and hope they keep it in.

Neill Flynn: For some reason I prefer "The Janitor" to "Janitor."

Bill Lawrence: Neil also doesn’t watch the show that often. Neil Flynn: I’ve basically watched each episode once. And it’s not for dislike of the show, it’s just—-virtually anything I’ve ever done I’ve only seen once. And even though this is a great show, I do look at it as something I’ve done. BL: (joking) On your own? NF: Yes (laughs). I’m primarily responsible. BL: With some help from other people? NF: Yeah. Well, it’s actors’ mentality. You gotta face it: primarily, you’re thinking about your own performance.
