I imagined how hard she laughed at your jokes, I mean, you are absolutely hilarious. I imagined how hard she smiled when you looked over at her, tearing my soul to shreds. I couldn’t see how she made your eyes light up, or if I did that better than she could. I couldn’t see if she fit you better than I did, if you thought she was a dream now instead of me. I wasn’t sure what you thought of when you kissed her, if you felt all the passion in the world like you said you would feel if you ever had a chance to kiss me. I had no idea what she was there for; whether you wanted to love her, or if you wanted to love me. I didn’t know. I didn’t know what she meant to you, or why you kept me around when you had someone no more than 20 minutes away from you. I mean, the fact that you wanted me around had to count for something, right? It couldn’t just be some entirely fake thing, where you’d captured every part of me, unwilling to give it back, right? I had no idea. I was at a loss for words towards the whole thing, and it was driving me insane.
