My little bloggings

I am having a hard time wrapping my brain around the concept of mindfullness. How can I block out everything else and just focus on what is in front of me? My mind goes 1000 mph and I'm lucky I can focus half the time, the downfall of being a virgo indigo. Its like when you are home you are supposed to not think about the issues you had to deal with at work and transversly you aren't to bring your home problems to work.... So when am I supposed to work on myself so I don't dread my entire existance? Because to be completely honest it's incredibly hard not to find your thoughts drifting to the things that just consume you. We live in a culture that we are to squash everything down. The world is good, everything is fine, just worry about what you have to do now... No, that isn't how it works. I can't speak for everyone but that is a quick way to make me explode. Sure maybe if I would have been mindful to begin with I wouldn't be dealing with this right now but here I am with no time to just be broken. This post was more to just get that off my chest. I am just stuggling.

I'm back on my tumblr again. I have been going thought an absolutly awful year. My husband walked out 8 months ago, I've had almost nonstop car troubles, family pass away, father in and out of the hospital and the death of my cat. So maybe in this effort of starting over I can get back into the thing that I used to do the most of, writing. Maybe I'll post regularly again or maybe I just felt I needed to say something now and you won't see me for another year... who knows
