اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي ذَنْبِي كُلَّهُ، دِقَّهُ وَجِلَّهُ ، وَأَوَّلَهُ وَآخِرَهُ، وَعَلَانِيَتَهُ وَسِرَّهُ

May Allāh Subḥānahu wa ta'alā allow us all to attain the true meaning behind the term ‘Ghurabah’.

Muḥammad bîn Mâkhlâd narrated from Ibn Wâhb, who said: I heard Mālik say:“It is a humiliation and an insult to knowledge when a man speaks about knowledge in front of someone who does not accept it.”

This includes:The endless arguments and quarrels that happen on TikTok.

The debates that take place in private gatherings, where people argue about the religion as if they’re casually discussing which fruit tastes better.

The questions of the argumentative person.

The questions of the one who does not value the scholar — he asks a lot only to find someone who will give him a fatwā' that agrees with his desires, or he asks to catch the person in a mistake, or he weighs the answers according to his own intellect.

Such people should not be answered regarding everything they ask.

[لا تهينوا العِلم]

روى محمد بن مَخلَد عن ابن وهب قال: سمعت مالكًا يقول:

«ذُلٌّ وَإهَانَةٌ لِلعِلمِ, إذَا تَكَلَّمَ الرَّجُلُ بِالعِلمِ, عِندَ مَن لَا يُطِيعُهُ»

-ويدخل فيه: ما يحصل على تطبيق "تيك توك" من جدالات وخصومات.

-ويدخل فيه ما يحصل في المجالس الخاصة: يُجادلون ويُخاصمون في الدين وكأنهم يتكلمون عن أي الفواكه ألذّ وأنفع.

-ويدخل فيه سؤالُ المجادِل.

Imām Ibn al-Qayyim [رحمه الله] said:

Whoever reflects upon this issue deeply will realise that having the best expectations from Allāh is equivalent to having good deeds, and doing good with one’s soul. For only when a person expects the best from Allāh will he perform good deeds, since he will expect that Allāh will reward him for his deeds and accept them.

Therefore, the reason that he performed these good deeds was because of his good expectations from Allāh; so the more a person betters his expectations from Allāh, the more good deeds he does!

"I cannot wake up for the night prayer. Teach me a solution."

"If Allah's concealment were not upon us, no one would sit with us."

- Sufyan ibn 'Uyaynah رحمه الله

‎“From the greatest means for the constraint of the heart is: Turning away from Allaah [تعالى], and attaching the heart to other than Him. Being negligent of His remembrance, and loving other than Him, since whoever loved something other than Allaah then he is punished with that thing. His heart is imprisoned in loving that other thing. So there is none in this world who is more wretched than him, and none more in a gloomier situation, nor a more miserable survival, nor any one with a more tired / sick heart.”

As an eternal fragment of this blessing, whenever we split our own food with others with pure intention, we always feel that we’ve eaten our own fill anyway.

The reason for human misery is that they forsake the happiness of their present day by longing for the happiness of tomorrow. When tomorrow comes, they believe that yesterday was better than today, and so they suffer in both their present and their past.

Before making dua for their (pious sisters) release make dua of cvrse on those who slander them, why wouldn’t we cvrse someone whom Allah cvrsed? Why? Why? I say exactly what Ibn Masud said when he cursed women who get tattoos and pluck their eyebrows, a woman argued with him about that, ibn Masud رضي الله عنه said “why shouldn’t I cvrse whom Allah cursed, and those whom the messenger of Allah cursed”

Why wouldn’t we cvrse those whom Allah سبحانه و تعالى cvrsed?!

إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَرْمُونَ الْمُحْصَنَاتِ الْغَافِلَاتِ الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ لُعِنُوا فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ

Surely those who accuse chaste, unsuspecting, believing women are cursed in this life and the Hereafter. And they will suffer a tremendous punishment
