Request: I have an idea for a John Dory × Branch (BranchDory-centric) story if you're interested in hearing and doing it. Prompt: This idea is inspired by Rescue With A Twist by Brynth Lover. John Dory comes back twice — The first time since 2003, 2 years after BroZone disbanded and him assuming his brothers are dead; the second time now 2016 where Branch and Poppy encountered him on their way to Bergen town where he is mourning the loss of his presumed deceased brothers. Branch, despite being hurt and angry, is happy that his big brother/dad came back in his life and John Dory tags along with him and Poppy for the rescue mission. You know that story goes, so you should go and read that story which will give you a general idea. Anyways, John Dory, along with Branch's real friends helps Branch and JD himself through their pain and trauma by seeking therapy. 5 years later in 2021 leading up to rescuing Floyd, they both are making good process, wasn't easy but they're doing well for the most part, Branch has his colors back and him and John Dory are closer than ever. Branch does worries that reunited with his other 3 brothers who he holds anger and resentment to will hinder his and John Dory's mental health progress. Find out in Anxiety.
