— 「 one of a kind 」; luhan ✖ kyuhyun
The calm look on Luhan's face disappeared and was replaced with an expression of incredulity instead at the exact moment he realized that the sky was already getting darker than he expected. A low mutter of a curse slipped past the small gap between his pale pink lips as he hastily shoved his sketchbook close, his other hand reaching up to secure the black scarf around his neck.
It wasn't that he hated the dark —no; in fact, he preferred it over the usual bright rays of the sun. However, in this case, he felt the need to get back to where the others were before someone catches him wandering in the forest alone.
He stood up, clutching the big sketchbook to his chest tightly as he shoved the pencil in his pocket; a quick scan around the area before he finally walked quickly back to the direction of the circus.
His stare was set ahead straight as he hastened his steps as much as possible, wanting to get back immediately before he came across someone. However, his focus faltered for a mere moment when he took a quick glance up at the sky and upon glancing ahead, an unexpected blurry silhouette of a person emerged in his sight. He gasped; the last thing he saw before he tumbled to the ground due to a force sent to his body was a mop of dark hair (that belonged to a person who was undoubtedly taller than he was).
In spite of being a person who would usually shut his mouth to avoid making any noise, a rather unattractive yelp was heard from Luhan as he fell down, the sound tumbling out of his mouth before he could even comprehend what was happening.
His eyes immediately shut on instinct when he felt a pain on his elbow from where he landed on the dark grass. His body grimaced in pain, his hand tightening its hold on a-...
Wait, he cracked open an eye and gasped at the sight that greeted him.
He was too focused on balancing himself that he didn't realize he grabbed onto the shirt of the other person around the shoulder-area, causing him to pull the stranger down with him in the midst of his fall. His eyes were wide as he stared at the person above him, unable to think properly because this person was a complete stranger and Luhan wasn't at all sure how he'd react.
"I-I'm sor-.. I w-wasn't looking a-and-... I d-didn't m-mean to, b-but-... -sh-should've.." He had full intentions of apologizing, but what came out instead was a consecutive stammer of incoherent speech and he chose to clamp his mouth shut instead, preparing for the worst.
