nico stfu (venting again)

my week from hell continues, and even though there’ve been little flashes of not feeling awful, for the past week my body has basically constantly felt like when you tense your ears and it makes rumbling noises. i don’t feel like i can breathe and i’ve tried everything, going offline, exercise, sleep, listening to music, talking it out with other people, cleaning, showers and it only really quiets when i sleep but even then i’m not sleeping well and i hate it. i feel like ive done irreparable damage to what i have here and i know that that’s not true and it’ll get better with time but right now i cant be anywhere without thinking about it.

and i’m starting to worry that the overthinking has become obsessing and maybe it has, i just dont wanna come off like i’m nuts. i just don’t know how to exist. i feel like there’s a right answer to solving my problem but it’s the option that hurts the most and the one i know would be hard to come back from if it doesn’t turn out to be the right answer.

i’ve cried more this week than i have in a long while. my tearducts are fucking tired. i’m fucking tired. i want to write again. i want to do what makes me happy but i can’t because this problem is blocking EVERYTHING.

and i’m trying to move blogs to see if that helps maybe but i can’t find a new psd! and its just so frustrating. like i could remake my icons now if i just had a psd! but even that’s impossible
