I highkey think kaiser is an antitheist, largely because as a child he prayed to god constantly, asking for things to become better, to give him a sign that he was worth more than his father said he was and to be freed from the situation he was born into. I think he also stole a small bible and rosary since he believed he wasn’t put together enough to go into a church and pray there or participate in a service. This constant prayer and the situation becoming increasingly worse for him led to him slowly losing faith in god overtime, going from belief to god only cares about people who are worth it to there’s no god to eventually thinking that religion is a plague that gives false hope to those in dire need. He still keeps the bible and rosary with him but more for his own motivation and a reminder to only believe in himself. He has likely never told anyone this before, not even ness, since its so personal to him so people mainly think he is a believer when hes the opposite.
