My journey with shifting

𖧧 As previously stated, I have been shifting for five years here. In total I've lived well over 100 years in other DRs. Which is also why I act older.

𖧧 I incorporate my religion and beliefs into my shifting journey. I channel the universe and my lover to help me shift, if you have questions or anything feel free to ask!

Observing or focusing on your breath while meditating is simply to give the mind something to focus on. When your mind is focused on something, like breathing, you’re able to “block” or “forget” what’s going on around you. When thoughts come to your mind while focusing on your breath, just let them pass by and come back to your breath. It’s not bad if you get distracted for a moment, the important part is that you come back to what you were focused on.

You definitely do not have to 100% focus on your breathing. To focus on one thing can be hard for some people, especially those with ADHD. You could focus on two or three things if you’d like. I’ve been able to successfully meditate by focusing on my breathing and the music im listening to. (Also side note you can listen to whatever music you want while meditating. It doesn’t just have to be calming meditation music)

I’ve gotten a lot of questions recently about control. “How do I control those thoughts?”, “how do I stop fighting them?”

This analogy I will always recommend because it’s so simple.

Imagine your mind is a river, a rushing or calm river, big or small. Whatever it looks like, that river is the vessel thay hold your thoughts and lets them pass through your mind. You can picture thoughts as twigs or leaves that flow through the river, or simple the river itself. And you can picture doubts as a large log or a dead bug floating in your river. Obviously you do not want that bug or log to mess up your beautiful river, so you have two options.

One, yell at the doubts and shake the water, ripple your river trying to get the thought away. In the process you end up doing more harm by making your whole river shuffled now. After a while and the doubts pass it’ll go back to normal, but that takes time and patience.

Or two, let the doubts flow down your river. Watch it pass by for a moment then look towards the incoming wonderful thoughts of your desires and encouragement. The log may hit a few twigs and leaves on its way down your river, but eventually it will settle somewhere else where you won’t even remember it.

The point of this analogy is to show there is more besides the doubts. By focusing on the doubts you ignore all the other thoughts flowing down your mind. You gave something you don’t want to be true attention, and as you know our mind follows assumptions. By yelling or believing the doubts are true, you can confuse your subconsciousness on what you want.

I don’t want you to worry though, none of this is permanent. If you do end up acknowledging a thought and making waves in your river, it’s okay. Because eventually it will settle down, and you can try again from where you left off.

Another question I got was how do you assume something by a certain time even if you don’t see it in the 3D.

Im going to ask you a kinda confusing and maybe hard question;

Would you rather see your desire and constantly doubt it’s not real, thats it’s not yours and not true. Or, would you rather close your eyes and have the comfort of knowing it yours. Knowing you experience this and knowing it’s there.

That knowing is more important than seeing, even if it’s hard to believe. But one you know it’s yours, then you will see it, thats how shifting and manifesting works.

Now you can manifest this thing in your life with a hundred affirmations and looping subliminals. Or you can just say it once and say it’s done. Shifting is so limitless that you can do anything to manifest and shift. Don’t do a method or a path that upsets you or doesn’t make shifting fun. Do what you find fun and calming for your body and mind.

I’ve manifested and shifted by affirming constantly and looping subliminals. But I’ve also just taken a deep breath and said it’s mine. Both worked just as well.

Let me broaden your horizons. Which universe?

When some of you read that you might get anxious, angry, sad, or even feel lost.

I want you to read those sentences again but this time, know how much power they hold.

You have to change your reality. You are one who decides what reality you are aware of. No one else can make you shift.

You, that is the subject of those sentences. Not your friend, not society, not the world around you or even the universe.

You are in control. You decide. You get to experience what you want to experience.

If I had to make a rough estimate I’d say im about a little over 200?

This is gonna be a tad but tough love but I hope it helps.

You are in control of what you desire. You are the only person who decides what reality to be aware of. No one can take the power to decide what reality you are aware of away from you, unless you so choose. You can manifest both good and bad. If you only want to manifest good, then say that.

Dont tell yourself otherwise. Dont let those pesky doubts get to you. You are not attached to any reality or any body. If you take away reality and body, you are just awareness. Take comfort in the fact that you decide. Take comfort in knowing that you have the power to manifest good.

I understand how you feel, as if some other being is pulling the strings that are meant to be in your hands. But the whole time thise strings were in your hands, you were just letting those doubts guide them. You can ignore those thoughts. Let them flow down that rushing river and pass you. Even when picking up water with your hands, you still pick some up. It might not be buckets full; but your hands still hold water. Your hands still hold the good you wanted to manifest.

Be still with your manifestations. Dont argue with them, dont fight them, dont let them tip you. You don’t even have to persist when those doubts over take you, the point of persistence is to come back to those manifestations. If you’re having a bad moment and you can’t seem to get the doubts out, focus on yourself and calming down, and then come back to them. I have found it’s much easier on our human body and brain here to do it thay way.

I also want to assure you that you are not doing anything wrong, you are not failing. You have manifested and shifted so much good and even neutral, even if you aren’t aware of it. And yes you may have manifested bad, but that doesn’t make you a failure or even mean you wanted it.

However if you were to ask how often I shift now I’d say less often than a few years ago.

The reason? Im a little lazy and more focused on my special interests (fnaf) right now than shifting 😭🙏🏻

Im asking because i feel like the situation with your s/o proves that theory otherwise so I’m wondering if you agree with me! I feel like people should be more open to questioning and thinking deeper into the general theory’s about shifting it seems most just play a game of follow the leader (^_^;)

I personally use the theory that we are shifting our awareness! Most theories actually have the same theory as well. Kinda like how legit all methods for shifting are just intention methods.

I do understand how it can be confusing though, sometimes I struggle to wrap my own head around it. But I have this analogy thay I use to help me understand. (Im not sure if I saw this somewhere but I just remember it)

Imagine you’re sitting on your couch watching a tv channel, you’re enjoying your time laughing and crying with the show. But eventually you decide you want to change what you are watching, so you switch channels. Did the previous channel you were on suddenly stop existing when you switched, did all their experiences suddenly not mean anything. No! That channel still exists, all you and they experienced in that show also exists! If you apply this to shifting, all realities simultaneously exist, we are connected to all of them because we are the ones observing them.

When you think about others not being aware here, I want you to remember that awareness is not necessarily them. Awareness has no identity, no body. The people you are seeing around you are not some mindless drones when the awareness is not there. They are just as they were before, it’s just nobody’s watching that channel at the moment. Their awareness is just viewing their life there or in other realities.

When I said my lover chooses not to be in a reality adjacent to this one, i choose not to shift to those as well. I choose not to be aware of a reality where he is with me out of respect and love for him. It’s like if you hated someone here and then someone shifts to a reality where you love them there. It’s a little uncomfortable and disrespectful to you here. It doesn’t directly affect you, but it shows they don’t care. I could shift to a reality where he is there, but that man there wouldn’t be my lover then.

~was daydreaming about me and him doing it and shifted right in the middle of us doing it.

~ craving some soup real bad and shifted to my waiting room to eat said soup

~sitting in the shower and starting thinking about him and shifted

~ (my funniest one) I was in Walmart and was upset they were out of my chips there and shifted to a version of that reality were the chips were there

~ first time I shifted to fnaf I simply fell asleep thinking about the animatronics.

~ I wondered what it would be like to be an actual fox and shifted to a forest where I was a fox (it was amazing will be doing it again)

~asked my man to take me to a reality of his choosing, shifted to a version of the medieval AU of MHA.

~ I wanted a high grade on an assignment but didnt study, I got a A.

~imagined I was being held in my man’s arms and ended up shifting to my waiting room

~ I was so physically and emotionally tired that I shifted to my waiting room just to sleep for a few months

~didn’t want to do schoolwork here so I shifted to my first Mha Dr for like a year and came back here when school was over.

~I was really upset I couldn’t ever go to a concert here due to my disabilities and ended up shifting to a reality where I was singer that night.

~im pretty sure I shifted/manifested my therapist. My previous therapist was utter shit and I wanted one who understood me. About a few months later I meet my current therapist who is pagan and knows what shifting is. Truly she is amazing

~I was meditating one night and wondered what it would be like to be a star, like an actual star in the sky, and shifted to be a star. It was so cool

~sequel to the last one, I then wondered what it would be like to stare at all my drs as it’s own universe. I was looking down at all my drs as its own galaxy and could hold it in my hands. It helped me get comfortable with the idea that I am in control

Please do not message me or send me an ask saying how you’re gonna k*ll yourself if you don’t shift. Or that you’re in a dire situation. Im not a genie, I can’t make you shift, I can’t manifest for you.

I will not respond to those types of messages. I will just delete it and block you.

There are other ways to ask me for advice. If you want advice on how to manifest in not good circumstances I can definitely offer some advice.

But again, i cant do what your awareness is built to do, for you. You have to change your reality. I can’t do that for you.
