GOOD! FF7:R is an insult to the OG FF7, and I say this as someone who thinks FF7 is kinda meh and thinks FF6 and FF8 are the best of the series.

Now I understand what people mean by short-term sacrifices for long-term gain and why low time preferences (delayed gratification) are generally superior to high time preferences (instant gratification).

You know what? I'm sure back in the day, "artists" were being slammed for using digital art instead of traditional mediums, so you know what? Even though your art is beautiful, it's not "real art" because you can just Ctrl+Z your mistakes.

Pride is about LGBT. Why is it that every fourth post on my feed is T-related? It's "trans" this and "trans" that. Half of it is "Tumblr is trying to erase and ban us".

You know what I haven't seen in my entire time back? More than two L posts. More than one G post. A single B post. I see more posts talking about ENBY than I do for LGB combined.

Your salty tears is fuel for my soul. You do not understand that the more I revert back to my based chad self that I was in high school, the more I shed the conditioning that years of retail managing and "socializing" I was forced to endure gets reversed.

You know what? My original latin jazz piece was inspired by combining elements of a latin song called Manteca and a Gordon Goodwin song called High Maintenance.

My original novel's story concept deals with parallel dimensions that came via alternate timelines that derive from choices in an event (Chrono Cross), different cultures that came about because of the two worlds' split was hundreds/thousands of year prior (Tales of Symphonia), excessive time travel to fix problems (Chrono Trigger), a war between steampunk technology and magic with a small force using magitek (Final Fantasy 6), isolated kingdoms that have severely distinct cultures that the MCs have to travel to (Skies of Arcadia), a sequel where the party gets betrayed by someone the story focuses around (Baten Kaitos: Eternal Wings and the Lost Ocean), featuring an MC who's a jack of all trades and master of none which has him being a tactician (Fire Emblem: Awakening), a game that has multiple storylines running at once that seem independent but actually intertwine (any Tarantino movie or Game of Thrones).

ALL of art is stealing from someone before. As many artists will attest:

"Stealing from one person is plagiarism; stealing from many is 'creativity'."

I hide my sources well and mute their influence by acquiring influence from a similar source and blending the two together to make the source less obvious. The "crossdressing" part of Spellbinding Radiance, where my MC has to pass himself off as a female AND the story arc was not played for laughs was inspired by an anime called I, My, Me Strawberry Eggs.

Any good artist does this. You think Hollow Knight didn't get inspiration from Metroid/Castlevania? You think Celeste didn't derive its intentions from Kaizo Mario/Super Meat Boy/VVVVVV? Toby Fox even admitted Undertale was inspired by Earthbound.

You know, most people when they do RPs on websites, they let the storyteller make the story and they just participate. When I do RPs on websites, I create the outline and the bones of the story and have the storyteller fill in the blanks.

We are not the same; I am just built different.

I now no longer believe that. Our hobbies are lost.

We're no longer in "gatekeeping" phase. We're in "re-conquering" phase.

The best thing we can do is have content creators and artists that will look at the freaks that turn canonically straight characters gay, the ones that ship NaruSasu, BakuDeku, etc. and tell them "no more". Companies and publishers need to allow creators to have more free reign to protect their brand and prevent losers from tarnishing the image of their product. These CEOs need to understand that by "including more fans", they're diluting the interest and strength of each individual indigenous fan.

I loved Steven Universe. Great music. Pearl was fun. Really loved Peridot. But the fandom ruined it and the image of it. The time for peaceful gatekeeping is over. Time to drive out the invaders and take back our land.

We need to stand up and make an actual TRUE Fire Emblem sequel. A real Fire Emblem 11.
