starting to see my sternum (for the first time ever)!!
at the moment, i’m the thinnest i’ve ever been. i lost 3kg in about 2 weeks (fast for me), due to medical reasons, and i honestly have mixed feelings. i still have a lot more to lose but also, ive dreamed of being this weight for as long as i can remember. i thought id be euphoric, and i was, for a moment, when i saw the number on the scale. but i just feel like i’m losing from all the wrong places and i still don’t look thin, just a less ‘attractive’ shape (im very much an hourglass/pear, which i also have mixed feelings on, but that’s a convo for another time). i’m concerned that i’ll never be happy.
