I have so many reasons to be happy but the more I try to enjoy them, the more my brain and the physical pain that seems to never cease will not allow me that peace.

My partners little brother and family call me by a name that is similar to my own but I can not bring myself to correct them as I love so much to just be involved and wouldn't want them to get offended if I kept correcting them. Happily acknowledged by a different name is better than not being acknowledged. Knowing you are anxious about something incredibly trival but not being able to shake the anxiety sucks.

I wish I could stop embarrassing myself with the thoughts I hold on to until I feel like I will explode to only want my life to end after opening my mouth.
