My roommate in college said she used to have really bad panic attacks when she was younger so her grandma taught her to knit because it had helped her with her nerves, so I’d always know when my roommate was anxious because she’d be sitting at her desk in the corner with her knittin sticks pretty much smoking 😂😂 I still have a headband she made me for the winter somewhere.
