• OSCAR AND LANDO ARE NOT AT FAULT!!! neither of them are to blame at all here and i don’t think either one deserves hate in the slightest.

• oscar’s win coming in this way totally destroyed the good parts of a maiden win! since lando just let him pass for the win it took away the excitement and just caused tension and drama between them.

• lando isn’t childish for being upset! formula racing is a SPORT and the drivers are in the car with full adrenaline PUMPING for two hours and then immediately forced to talk about their race whether it was good or bad. lando just had to deal with 40 laps of manipulation from his team and just had to give up a race win and he’s going to be upset about it. lando in the end GAVE UP his second win and instead should be praised for being mature!!!

• mclaren proved that they have no respect for either of their drivers and proved they have no idea what they’re doing.

• the entire switch was pointless! mclaren was going to get the same amount of points either way and lando is 2nd in the driver’s standings. telling lando that “every point counts” and then telling him to give up 7 points is hypocrisy and shows that there’s no respect for lando.

• oscar doesn’t deserve any hate or toxicity and this isn’t his fault.

• christian horner is definitely counting down the minutes until he can sign lando😭
