I commend those pips behind the new ad Play Pinoy of NIKEPH. Galing! It features the two favorites of Pinoy, ang pagkanta ng My Way sa videoke (pati nga buhay ibinubuwis makanta lang). Â Ang pangalawa at parte na ng buhay ng pinoy (aside from sabong, baboy, tricycle, jeep, mainit na panahon, kahirapan).. ang magbasketball. The video shows how we really sing the former (kewl cover as soundtrack) and how we really play the latter. For bothâĻpati puso kasama.
This ninety second video shows that even tapak, naka-tsinelas, naka-Kobe, mayaman o mahirap, tiga bayan, nasa baryo, nasa pier, nasa magarang gym o niyogan, nag-aaral man, tambay, tiga village man o tiga tenement, badass (astig),mga magiGILAS,  bata, nagbibinata, binata at matanda, hubad-baro o naka-jersey, nakakatakbo at hindi, nasa kalye, tricycle driver, barbero, pati national issue (see 0:41 - genius), si Keifer, si Alvin (pero bakit wala si Samboy at Jawo?), lahat pantay-pantay sa basketball, lahat naglalaro ng basketball, lahat magagaling maglaro ng basketball.
But the best part of the video is at 1:19 . Just like basketball. We never stop. The scene portrays that we can still fly in every storm, after every hurt, failure, fallâĻhindi habang panahon tapak.
