i was looking longingly at a beautiful basket of cherries at the farmer’s market as i walked through on my way to work, the only thing that tempted me, but i couldn’t justify spending the money today. i sat outside work in the sun and read for a couple of hours. when i went in for my shift, the cherries were sitting on the counter! i remarked upon them and my boss told me someone had forgotten them a few hours ago. the people never came back before close, so i got to keep them 🍒
