End your Thanksgiving weekend with a good stretch today at Noon and get ready for December's #yogachallenge #PressQuest this babe and I will be helping @cyoga out with beginner friendly modifications all #challenge long! ・・・ These 2 lovely yoginis not only are teaching today but they'll also be helping out in our December's #yogachallenge #PressQuest with further insights and modifications to the poses. If you want to practice your #Handstand, #ForearmBalance or #Headstand skills to press, jump or hold any of these inversions, December is your month!!! For those local to #chicago, this is our schedule for today: 10am (level 1-2) with Nicolette, 12pm (level 1-2) with Emma, 4:30pm (level 1-2) with Paloma.
