reminding myself that I am a cool bitch with cool hobbies and cool friends and I am loved and appreciated for who I am maybe not with this family but certainly with my friends and community

missing having a significant other at this moment so I could stop feeling fucking crazy for not handling my childhood and family well right now I feel very alone

had dinner with my dad and step mom and they kept talking about how my cousins fiance had such a bad childhood with absent parents and heavily implied that I had a good childhood and I’m in my head screaming at them can’t you see?????? if I ever brought up the damage they caused I would be dismissed immediately and indefinitely and now I want to cry and cry and cry but how I have to go to a get together with the rest of this fucking family
