6908) I feel like I'm wasting 'the best years of my life' because plans with my friends are starting to really scare me and no-one understands it. My parents think I’m just lazy and I’m just really scared that I’m going to end up wasting my life.

6160) Whenever somebody phones me, I hesitate to answer because my social anxiety kicks in. I don't like speaking to anybody over the phone. Whenever I do, it's like a flood of anxiety drowns me.

6161) My anxiety hits even with things I'm excited for. Concerts, sporting events, and a whole bunch of other things I wait to go to for a long time and get really excited for. No matter how excited I am for something, my anxiety creeps up the day and makes me not want to go. I don't get it.
