As I said, pasta is a very versatile food. It flavours itself with the things you use while cooking it, you can put herbs and spices alongside it, and also like I said, it’s very hard to get it to go stale. So we can keep pasta for a long, long time uncooked, and it won’t ever go bad. And, by flour I don’t mean flowers like the things that grow, but the product that comes from ground grains, and the like. If you want, I can show you. I’ll need some help making it, anyway.
