Desperately searching every corner of the internet trying to find hookdust fanarts and fanfics i haven't encountered yet. Finally finding one single fanfic. Okay so it's never mentioned in the movie, but I think it would make sense that James taught Zarina how to use a sword. And (canon this time), Zarina did teach him how to fly.

Anyway, I think that'd make their fight at the end of TPF pretty neat if we assume that they manage to stand up to each other thanks to the skills that they learned from each other.
