ashes. so thanks to illripyourthroat, i ended up reviving this blog with some changes & i’d like to make this my intro post, because it’s absolutely vital to my portrayal. first of all, it’s good to note that this will be a STRICT book canon blog with heavy influences from my own headcanons. my katniss is ASEXUAL / AROMANTIC, meaning she does not necessarily find herself repulsed by sex or romantic intimacy, but she doesn’t willingly or mindfully put herself into those relationships. this blog is canon divergent: she does not marry peeta & does not have kids. in fact, unless i find someone who really clicks with katniss, the romantic relationship between peeta & katniss wlil NOT exist on this blog. katniss ( influenced by the book ) is half native, half white. & after thg, she suffers from panic disorder, ptsd & night terrors.
